30 miles north of Brunswick, GA 032616

These guys are waiting for the storm!
 Even Ganja is waiting!
We are coming into Jekyll Island to fuel up
Our first time here!
We are definitely coming back here next year for a
couple of days! There is so much to do!
 More storm warnings
Thunder, lightening, and they go kayaking!
Nope, we didn't miss it.  But at least we were able to
fuel up with diesel and water before it started.  We had to
wait about 45 minutes before we did gasoline!
 I just love the birds!
 And again!
One lonely palm tree on Frederica River!
1 of about 3 houses on the river!
I'm pretty sure I couldn't live here, too many no-see-ums!

Today was another long day on the water.  But!  we are OK with that....it just puts us that much closer to home!  We didn't have a lot happen today; weather was cloudy, rainy, no-see-umey, etc...

After dropping anchor we hurried up and came inside to get away from all the bugs.  Didn't work....in fact, our boat on the inside was infested with mosquitos, we were actually spraying down inside!  While we were fueling up I asked the guy who was helping us, if the bugs were always this bad.  He said no, just the last 24 hours for some reason.  We're guessing it's because of all the rain they had this year.  Bob and I definitely want to come back next year, but if the bugs are here, we're not!

Tomorrow is supposed to be all rain so we will probably be staying put.....however, if there is any chance of escaping, we are outta here!
