Us leaving this morning
There's the paddle boat!
Do you see the yellow crane to the left of the picture?
They are getting ready to close the channel so they can
move it to the other side....we snuck through just in time!
Old, old ship!
We are waiting for them to raise the bridge so we can go through
There is an entrance around the corner from that wall!
Traffic everywhere!
Coming into the Great Bridge Lock & Dam
Just never changes, does it!?!
AJAO
from London!
Lock em' down!
This was our wind speed for the day! 0.0 !!!
Three Little Birds
Great name for a trimaran!
For a second there....I thought Dream Catcher was here!
Our traffic during the evening and night hours....
Lots of barges!
Looking for a sunset
This is our anchorage for the night
We are about 12 miles south of Coinjock
Better?!
Today was a 56 mile today....seemed longer than the 70 mile yesterday! I think it's because there was no sun which made for a bland day....and the fact that I drove a good portion of the day....next time I'm insisting on sun!
I did mange to make some chocolate chip cookies for Bob today. So far he has been allowed one. I told him after he ate all his supper he could have his dessert. Where have we heard that before!
Jen sent me some pictures of the kids today....they are so adorable. I have a pain in my heart knowing I'm not going to see them again for 3 months....yuck!!
