These are white tailed Tropicbirds
The interesting thing about them is that they are mostly white
with a dark stripe on top of their wings and by their eyes
But here! They look aquamarine...this is caused by the reflection
of the water on them as they fly over....amazing and beautiful!
Prior to our leaving this morning, the big boy boat decided to
have a party on shore. They even have white table cloths on the
table to go with those umbrellas!!
Well hello Highbourne
This is probably my least favorite Cay
But when you need provisions it'll do!

How's he doing?
Another beautiful day in the Bahamas!
This morning we decided to go to Highbourne Cay. I haven't talked with Jen for quite a while and am missing my updates with her!
Prior to leaving, Bob had to work on the starboard engine again. We can't quite figure out why it keeps overheating. He changed out the impeller but that didn't work. (He changed out the thermostat yesterday and that didn't work.) So after changing out the impeller he got in the water and cleaned out the holes under the boat (water intake) with the hopes that was the problem. Nope. So he blew air out the sail drive (didn't expect it to work but had to try it), it didn't. So he changed out the water pump. After changing out the water pump it did take prime and appeared to be working. Within 10 minutes the engine started overheating again. So we left on one engine with the jib out.
Once we reached Highbourne Cay around 5 p.m. we jumped in the dinghy and went over to the beach for Happy Hour! Great day on the water!
