All the hard work I put into my curtains and they
are beginning to fade!
This is not good!
We got a ball and was inside of Warderick Wells by 11 a.m. It only took us 1.5 hours to get there since we had to go all the way back out to avoid the sand bars. No problem though, we are on Bahamian time!
After we got in we took a much needed nap :-) After nap we walked the beach and went and checked in with Andrew at the park office. He's a great guy. He normally certifies that the balls are all safe and secure; takes people out for dives;or any other misc. jobs that need to be done. He has been at the park for 9 years. He gave us a lot of good locations to dive...nothing real close....and the water is too rough right now anyway.
We are going to stay here in Warderick Wells for 5 days to wait out this next storm that's getting ready to come through. The winds have been playing havoc on us this year! It's been blowing 25-30 steady with gusts to 37. It's even been chilly enough for us to put jackets on....now what does that tell you! No we are not wienies!
