Pouring down rain this morning!
Always followed by a beautiful rainbow!
Tom & Cindy's boat "Oopsie!"
I want to be where that boat is....never mind....that's selfish....
I want to be exactly where I am!
Another boat out of Nassau with lots of people wanting to see Iguanas!
Storymaker doing what she does best!
Our view
Tom & Cindy....she's a little squeamish with the iguanas!
Beautiful cactus!
The other side of Allans Cay
Just gorgeous!
That's the trail we took, right down the middle of the picture!
Zippy is happy to be here with us!
Cindy is like....shew! shew!
For whatever reason, they really liked her a lot and wanted to hang with her!
It's sunset time
Another
beautiful day in Allans Cay! We never
did move, no time! Bob and I met a couple, Tom and Cindy from Indiana, and they
are cruising on a 1982 37’ Tartan. They
bought the boat in Fort Pierce and left!
They were power boaters but are now sailors! They say it’s a whole new story on a sail boat! They have their kids coming in for Christmas
so they are leaving in the morning heading back to Nassau, then will come back
to Warderick Wells probably?? You never
know here….they may decide to stay in Allans Cay…anywhere is possible!
The
four of us walked to the other side of the Cay.
We saw a path and just took it!
Of course, we went in the wrong direction 2 times before we finally
figured it out…but once we did….whoa!!!.....it was just so beautiful with the
different colors of blues in the water, the sand, and the rocks! We were there for quite a bit of the day and
enjoyed every moment of it! The iguanas
were so cute. Cindy is not a big fan of
iguanas and it’s almost like they know it, so they are constantly coming over
to her! It was probably the fact that
she was the only one sitting on the ground, but it was so cute watching her go,
shew, shew J
Once
we went our separate ways we took a dinghy ride around the area again to make
sure we didn’t miss anything…nope! Then
we came back to the boat, had some dinner, watched the sun go down, and then
shortly thereafter, we were out!
